Day One in Creel
Session 1 - Introduction to Off-Pavement Riding. Connecting your road experience to less than perfect riding conditions. Includes ergonomics: the four basic off-pavement riding positions.
Session 2 - Looking for Traction. Making the transition from pavement to gravel and hard-packed dirt roads. Includes control on flat and pitched surfaces.
Training Day Two in Creel
Session 3 - Rocks, Holes, Obstacles and Sand. What to expect and how to deal with these problem. Includes avoidance strategies and easy simulations.
Session 4 - Off-Pavement Expeditions. What to expect during expeditions in third world conditions. Includes “lessons learned” from experience and competition. Lot’s of time for questions followed by a short follow-the-leader “dual-sport” exercise.
